Why we exist

Most homes do not need a general contractor every month. They need someone who actually comes back.

Housekept Co. started in Mooresville because the work is the same whether the house is a rental, a longtime family home, or a place the owner is tired of maintaining: filters that load up with pollen, lawns that HOAs and tenants notice, small repairs that wait until they get expensive, and the occasional roof or HVAC replacement nobody wants to shop from scratch.

We work for year-round investors with rental properties, older homeowners who cannot do it anymore, and owners who simply do not want to. We are not a maid service and we are not a faceless franchise. Repeating maintenance stays on a yearly cadence. Handyman work, painting, drywall, pressure washing, landscaping, and leaf removal are a la carte when you need them. Bigger jobs get contracted out — for a fee you see up front.

We quote the house, not a fantasy package

Filter count, lot size, and punch lists vary. You get a plan that matches 28117, 28277, or wherever the driveway actually is.

We say no when a job is not ours

Permits, licensed trades, and structural work go to the right people. That is the point of the coordination fee.

We remember the house

Gate codes, lockboxes, filter sizes, mower height, the door that sticks in August humidity. Recurring clients — owners or investors — should not re-explain the property.
