This is filter care, not a full HVAC install. When a system needs replacement or major repair, we coordinate a licensed contractor for a fee.

Interior paint for the house you live in and the units you rent. We quote the rooms, protect the floors, and leave it ready to use — not a construction site you have to live in for a week.
Large exterior jobs or full-house projects that need a painting crew can stay with us or move to contractor coordination if the scope calls for it. We will say which before work starts.
Holes from TVs, doorknobs, leaks, and tenant damage. We patch, tape, finish, and texture-match so the wall is ready for paint — often the same visit as a paint job on a turnover.
If the damage is structural, mold-related, or bigger than a repair, we stop and coordinate the right trade for a fee.
Pollen, mildew, and tire film build up on Carolina houses. Book a wash when the siding looks tired, the driveway is stained, or a rental needs to show clean. We match the method to the surface so you get the dirt off without chewing up paint or brick.
Quoted to the house. If a surface needs restoration, sealing, or a licensed trade after the wash, we say so before extra work starts.
Some work should never be a weekend experiment: roofing, HVAC replacement, major plumbing or electrical, kitchen and bath remodels, additions, and large exterior projects. Housekept Co. stays your point of contact. We bring in licensed contractors, collect bids, schedule the work, walk the job, and follow up — for a coordination fee.
